SM/SK is the fourth full length album from Bounty Hunter Brothers and marks their return to a three-piece. This is Ramy Almerie's first recordings with founding members William Davenport and Robert Pesti on an album that includes found recordings spanning the nearly eight years of BHB's existence. It represents a new direction for the group and its members as individuals, and is their more deliberate album yet.

This album is about the abrupt realization of change and the reaction to it. From hubris to fear, reluctance and escape, the work provides a continuous soundscape around its more polished moments and leaves with no easy resolution. It is about being stuck somewhere between giving up on the past and dreaming of going back.
